Peggy began her independent career by becoming a Virtual Assistant. Over time, she learned that she had a passion for leading, inspiring, and teaching others, so she evolved her business to coach and teach others how to become a VA.

Peggy shares how her first year of business was spent being stuck in tunnel vision and how her family life suffered because of it. She explains how her network of support allowed her to reach her goals and how she uses that experience to walk her clients through reaching their goals without sacrificing their personal lives.

We discuss what the qualities of a great coach are, how to identify if coaching is right for you, and why you need to look beyond the lucrative income and focus more on why you are doing this if you want to be successful.

Her favorite part of being a coach is watching women own their superpowers, push past their fears and change their futures. When she's not working, you can find her wrangling her four kiddos or reading a self-development book.
